By downloading or using Bushido Academy, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the app, except where permitted by applicable law. The app, including its trademarks, code, and content, remains the intellectual property of dacape.dev.

dacape.dev is committed to ensuring Bushido Academy is as useful and reliable as possible. We reserve the right to update or change the app at any time. If we ever introduce paid features, we will clearly communicate what is being purchased.

Bushido Academy is an educational tool for learning stock market analysis concepts and practicing a checklist-based method. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or any form of personalized guidance about specific securities. The app does not connect to any broker, does not execute trades, and does not access real-time market data — all figures are entered manually by the user based on their own research on third-party charting platforms. Any decision to buy, sell, or hold a security is made entirely by the user, at their own risk. Investing in financial markets carries the risk of loss of capital.

The app uses third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play Billing, which may collect technical and usage-related data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Bushido Academy offers an optional Pro upgrade, a one-time purchase (not a subscription) processed through Google Play Billing, which unlocks additional learning checklists (including swing trading analysis) and removes advertising. Pro unlocks additional educational content and tools — it does not unlock any form of financial advice, guaranteed results, or a "winning" trading system. All purchases are subject to Google Play's own purchase and refund terms.

Third-Party Terms

Bushido Academy uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions:

Bushido Academy may require an internet connection for loading ads and processing purchases. dacape.dev cannot be held responsible if the app does not function fully due to lack of connectivity or data limitations.

If you use the app outside Wi-Fi coverage, your mobile operator's charges may apply, including roaming fees if applicable. By using Bushido Academy, you accept responsibility for any such charges.

dacape.dev is not responsible if the app fails to function due to battery loss, improper device configuration, or actions outside our control.

While we make efforts to keep Bushido Academy updated and accurate, we rely on third-party components and services, and on educational content that reflects general market concepts, not guaranteed outcomes. dacape.dev cannot be held liable for losses, direct or indirect, including financial losses from trading or investing decisions, resulting from reliance on the app's content or functionality.

We may update Bushido Academy from time to time. Requirements for Android (or any future platforms) may change, and you are responsible for installing updates to continue using the app. dacape.dev does not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all device models or OS versions.

Bushido Academy is not intended for users under 16 years of age, due to advertising and third-party data collection (AdMob), and because its educational content is aimed at adult learners.
